My card is frozen due to low balance. How can I reactivate it?

If your account is frozen because your balance is lower than the minimum required amount, you can easily reactivate it by loading your card with the necessary funds.

Once you have added the required funds, your account will automatically be reactivated and you will be able to resume using your card for all your daily transactions as usual.
