How do I delete my virtual card?
If you have a virtual card that you no longer need, you can delete it by following these steps:
On the Onboard Wallet navigation bar, tap the card icon to view your virtual card.
Tap the “More” icon (represented by three dots), and then select the “Delete card” option. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to delete the card.
Confirm that you want to delete the card by entering your passcode.
Keep in mind that deleting your virtual card is irreversible, and any unused balance will be transferred to your Onboard Wallet.
If you change your mind and decide that you need a new virtual card, you can always create a new one. However, there will still be a waiting period before you can create a new one.
If you don't want to delete your virtual card permanently, you can simply freeze it to temporarily stop transactions. To do this, tap the “More” icon from your card dashboard. From there, select the “**Freeze card**” option and confirm that you want to freeze the card. When you're ready to use the card again, simply unfreeze it by following the same steps.
