Can I freeze and unfreeze my card?

You have the power to freeze and unfreeze your card at any time. All you need to do is navigate to the card icon on the Onboard Wallet navigation bar, and click on the "More" button. From there, simply use the toggle to freeze or unfreeze your card.

Note: When your card is frozen, it is temporarily disabled and cannot be used for transactions. Additionally, a monthly maintenance fee will still be charged for a frozen card.
