How do I manage my payment methods on my Onboard account?
Your payment methods are accounts where you want to receive cash whenever you sell crypto on Onboard. Before you can add a payment method, your profile needs to be verified.
Once verified, you can manage your payment methods through one of the following ways:
By adding a new account anytime you sell crypto. If you have a payment method already saved, you can click on any of the listed payment methods to select it for that transaction.
From the Settings page, by clicking on Add payment method within the Payment methods tab.
Once you have added a payment method, you can subsequently update the account number & bank / wallet name by clicking on the pencil icon beside your payment details.
When adding and updating your payment methods, you can only edit the bank/wallet name and account number/wallet ID. You cannot modify the name within your payment method. This ensures that users send and receive cash payments using only accounts that match their actual name.
You can also delete your existing payment methods by clicking on the bin icon.
