What if my funds haven’t been received or my transaction failed?

If your transaction hasn’t gone through, it could be due to a few reasons. Below are the common scenarios for both buying and cashing out stablecoins.

Buying stablecoins:

If your funds haven’t been received, it’s usually because the exact amount or reference code didn’t match the payment instructions, or you sent funds from an unsupported account. Double-check your payment details and make sure everything matches. If the issue persists, contact us with your payment information for further assistance.

If we’ve received your funds but couldn’t complete the payout, it could be due to issues with the payment provider or insufficient information. We’ll reach out to help resolve this. You can also use the link on your transaction page to contact us quickly for assistance.

Cashing out stablecoins:

If you weren’t notified that your crypto has been received and we haven’t initiated the payout, it’s often because the wrong token or network was selected. Ensure you’ve sent the correct token on the correct network. If everything checks out and your transaction still hasn’t gone through, contact us with your transaction details.

If we’ve notified you that we’ve received your crypto but couldn’t complete the payout, it could be due to issues with the bank account details you provided. We’ll reach out to help you process the payment. You can also use the link on your transaction page to contact us quickly for assistance.
